The car runs and drives very well and feels very tight, with the additional upgrades adding to the driving enjoyment and usability. The car also has a good history file including all the handbooks. Other enhancements include a new rack and pinion steering system, servo disc brakes, alternator, overdrive, electronic ignition, Kenlowe electric fan and bluetooth audio with aux. The engine and gearbox were rebuilt in the restoration with the cylinder head converted to unleaded, adding an element of usability. The side screens, tonneau, hood cover are also new and in superb condition. The car is finished in this stunning Wedgwood blue colour scheme with the dark blue leather interior.

A full restoration of the car was carried out in 2010 by TR specialists, so the car presents very well. This 1960 example is a UK right-hand drive car, so is one of the few 1,286 UK cars built. The new look gave the car a wider stance and much more grown up look. Essentially a facelift of the standard TR3, the TR3A offered a new wider front grille, exterior door handles, a lockable boot, and full tool kit. Originally developed from the TR2, the TR3 provides an enjoyable drive from its hearty engine and refined chassis. The Triumph TR3A is a beautiful classic British sports car.
